I called Flemington BMW on a Saturday with a Car Play problem. They sent me to Nathaniel's voicemail, where he calls himself "BMW's Genius". I couldn't agree more!! Nathaniel called me back while I was o problem. They sent me to Nathaniel's voicemail, where he calls himself "BMW's Genius". I couldn't agree more!! Nathaniel called me back while I was on the road and was extremely friendly and helpful. My Car Play would not display on my main screen and I had tried everything. I pulled over and Nathaniel walked me through a simple screen reset process that took all of 60 seconds, and I was back up and running. He lived up to his title of "Genius" and I'm thrilled BMW has someone like him ready to go in serving customer technical needs. The technology in these cars is as important as the engine performance. Great job all around! Thank you! More

Laura is a complete professional. I requested tire rotation with my oil change. That’s ab$69.00 service which she informed me was not recommended by BMW because the all wheel drive i I requested tire rotation with my oil change. She could have done it and cost me more money for an unnecessary service. More
