I purchased my BMW 325i from Flemington BMW over 17 years ago, and have had the vehicle serviced exclusively here. The service team led by Mike Ricciardi is great! This time, Tim was the Service Tec years ago, and have had the vehicle serviced exclusively here. The service team led by Mike Ricciardi is great! This time, Tim was the Service Technician - thanks very much !! Laura Varga was the Service Advisor. As usual, she hit it out of the park!! She takes the time to listen, asks questions, and is one of the best. Thanks for a great experience!! More

Flemington BMW is my "go to" service center for my BMW. They really roll out the red carpet for their customers. Everyone is very courteous and professional -- from the greeter when you pull in to drop o They really roll out the red carpet for their customers. Everyone is very courteous and professional -- from the greeter when you pull in to drop off your car to the reception staff to the service professionals who interface with you throughout the process. This time I had to come in for a repair, not just your normal service. Laura Varga was the service professional who kept me apprised of what was happening with my vehicle and helped me make some decisions. She obtained a loaner vehicle for me (a 5 series!) and interfaced with my insurance company for their assessments and documentation. She communicated with me on a regular basis and was an extremely calming presence throughout the entire repair process. Highly recommend them. More

Sorry about that, only left a rating. .. so here we go ,service was excellent.. I purchased my vehicle from your dealership which was pre-owned with 27500 mi... 5 years later I have 60,000 .. so here we go ,service was excellent.. I purchased my vehicle from your dealership which was pre-owned with 27500 mi... 5 years later I have 60,000 very pleased with BMW..I purchased a extended warranty and have used it twice in 5 years... Second time was my latest issue.... I have absolutely no problems with your dealership or your service staff and the technicians, all are top notch. I dropped my vehicle off Monday and got it back from your valet on Friday ( I did not have a loaner). I found out that your previous, extended warranty co... Did not want to honor my contract.. It took a little time, but Debra came through, and almost everything was paid for by the warranty co. She is a credit to your dealership... It is unfortunate that your previous warranty company is giving push back on a service contract....but your service advisor took care of that.. my 2017 x3 is in excellent condition ... But when it comes time for another BMW... I will be paying you a visit...Thank You ... TOM PENNACCHIO Debra and Bill... were excellent.... More

I recently had an outstanding service experience at Flemington BMW. I was impressed from the moment I called to schedule the appointment to the moment I drove away. Debie Lotufo (Service Coordinato Flemington BMW. I was impressed from the moment I called to schedule the appointment to the moment I drove away. Debie Lotufo (Service Coordinator) was extremely helpful, accommodating and went above and beyond to provide a memorable customer service experience. Debbie even called back to follow up on minor inquiries I had made. By far, one of the best and most genuine customer service experience I have had. Jasmine Joseph (Service Receptionist) was welcoming, friendly, professional and efficient in getting me in and out of the dealership. Laura Varga (Service Advisor) was exceptional and quite knowledgeable. She patiently answered ALL my service-related questions in detail. I also found Laura to be honest, extremely helpful, professional and very pleasant. As others have stated, Laura makes you feel like a welcomed and valued customer. The service work was completed promptly. I received a short video of a high-level visual inspection performed by the service technician while the vehicle was on the lift, primarily detailing the condition of the tires and brake pads. Lastly, as I was walking out to pick up my car, I run into Marlon, who had just washed the vehicle and was also very pleasant to talk to. The dealership is clean and comfortable to wait in. Although I have several other BMW dealerships closer by, I much rather take the extra drive to Flemington BMW thanks to its exceptional customer care AND competitive pricing. More
