As always Nathan goes above and beyond in servicing our Mercedes and the level on which he makes the experience even better by his attitude and always making us feel welcome . There might be other options out there, but if you want a friendly , upbeat and overall great experience , Flagship and Nathan Haugh are the way to go!!!!!!!!! More

While driving on Route 1 , Lynnfield, my car engine quickly had a reaction and shut down. I was able to continue driving with “a bump” and 5 foot slide which continued until I attained a parking lot. I quickly had a reaction and shut down. I was able to continue driving with “a bump” and 5 foot slide which continued until I attained a parking lot. I stopped and called Nathan at Flagship Motorcars. Nathan called back quickly and arranged a truck to come and pick up my car and drive me to the dealership. He quickly gave his opinion but said it had to be confirmed. While being confirmed he arranged an Uber to drive md home with the confirmation he would confirm a fix to the problem as quickly as possible. A day and a half later he called to advise the problem is confirmed for fixing and an Uber would pick me up. I arrived at the dealership, Nathan confirmed the problems, the work eas done, I paid the price and returned home. More
