Great personality and all around great guy. As for Franco he gave me a thorough breakdown of everything in my new vehicle from top to bottom. I have brought my car for regular maintenance few times. Last time my car was hit and my window shield was broken. Not only I didn't get an apology but also the service manager "Michale" screamed at me in front of everyone. I was yelled at, humiliated and my car was not eventually serviced. I have tried to get in touch with the general manager Paul for few times. I complained to Mercedes benz USA and I'll keep complaining and doing everything in my power until I get the apology that I deserve. I do not want any compensation I only want an apology. I can't wait to return my lease to get BMW. This delearship truly damaged Mercedes Benz brand More
