When we met her we understood why she was highly recommended. She was very personable, made us feel comfortable, and she was quite knowledgeable about the E350’s. She showed us a vehicle that we absolutely loved and took it for a test drive. We were sold! She was the BEST. We have made a friend who we in turn will recommend to our friends who are looking for a Benz. When we went to pick up the car, we again met with Franco Cordano, Product Concierge, who took the time to explain everything about the car. We can’t say enough about Franco! He has unbelievable patience. No matter how many questions we asked, he was happy to answer them with a smile and a well-based knowledge of the car. On a last note - when I realized that we had left cd’s in the cd player of the vehicle we traded, he was able to locate the vehicle and retrieve them for us. He went above and beyond.. More
DISHONEST FINANCE PROCESS I am disappointed with the leasing process due the final step of the leasing process. It involved a conversation with the finance woman who decided I am disappointed with the leasing process due the final step of the leasing process. It involved a conversation with the finance woman who decided in bad faith to change the miles we agreed with the salesman, which were also advertised in your web page. The finance woman changed the miles in the contract at the last minute from 10,000 miles per year to 7,500 miles per year. That was a disgusting move of the woman that does the final step in the finance department. This was a con artist maneuver, by prying information and engaging in social conversation to distract the victim and then making it look like she was changing the payment amounts to favor the victim. The finance woman makes it looks like she reviews the agreement and then lies by saying: "I will help you save some bucks". I ended up paying the original agreed amount of money with the salesman for 10,000 miles per year and the finance associate wrote in the contract 7,500 miles per year. This is nasty and I am disgusted by the dirty move of the woman that finalized the contract. The finance woman wrote off 2,500 miles per year, which total 7,500 in the 3 years without any reduction in payment, and done in a way that was insulting. This was the third Mercedes Benz I leased at this dealership and after about 10 years dealing with the H. Chambers' organization this behavior disappointed me and left a bad taste despite the luxury or the place and the quality of the cars. The nasty procedure of the finance woman outweighed the business’ presence. The finance woman DID NOT shared the numbers with me step-by-step through the process in a way that felt transparent. The finance woman was overwhelming and confusing and said: "$2 dollars per month in 35 months is like $200". The finance person kept distracting me with social and irrelevant conversation and calling me "honey" as she moved the paperwork with dishonesty. It ended up felling dirty and with a taste of nastiness. The finance woman’s con artist behavior was unnecessary; I have leased 3 different Mercedes-Benz with H. Chambers and returned them with under 9,000 miles in 3 years. The finance woman’s con artist behavior and dirty technique contrasts with the fancy showroom and the shiny cars. I used to enjoy the place and enjoy driving a Mercedes, however the repugnant behavior of the finance woman has turned me off and makes me avoid the H. Chambers dealership after this distasteful experience. I am not sure if this is the way she was supposed to conduct her business. I am not sure if it is an expectation from the dealership for the woman to act like that. I am sure there will be another place to get a nice car. More

The sales rep I worked with, Sean Bresnahan, was e My overall experience was typical: white-glove treatment before sale & not so much after the sale. The sales rep I worked with, Sean Bresnahan, was excellent. He is an asset to the company simply because he sets expectations with his clients and manages to them. He says what he’ll do and then he’ll do what he says. Sounds simple but it’s definitely not always the case, so, again, a big thank you to Sean as he was fast in responding and transparent throughout the entire process and was apologetic at times in which my experience was not great due to circumstances beyond his control. Now, as for the dealer, they were okay. Not terrible but certainly not exceptional either. Typical is a word I would use. Long story short, I purchased my vehicle on 7/8/18 and it was not delivered until 7/25/18. The first week was a wash; the registry in my state is horrible and takes forever to process paperwork. Apparently there was a “block” on my registration - not exactly sure why because I have no outstanding tickets, judgement, fines or anything like that and the last tax bill I received was October 2017 and was paid in full. Regardless, I called the town hall on Monday, 7/16/18, and they cleared my registration for me immediately without me having to pay anything in order to do so. Puzzling, but I’ll own that. I’ll say that’s on me. So, now it’s Monday the 16th and we should be good-to-go as far as I’m concerned. As of Tuesday, I was expecting the vehicle and did not receive it until a week and a day beyond my expectation. Again, Sean was great and apologetic and transparent and kept me in the loop the entire time; it just seemed as if the issue was with scheduling for both the registration runner and the transport company for the delivery. At times I was asking myself if I was being too critical on my timeline expectation while also understanding that my sale for their company was not setting any records either. With that being said, however, when you’re spending > $25k with a company and putting a good amount of cash down then the stakes are raised - point blank period. Even if the sale price was far less than what mine was it’s still a lot of money, and in the age of the customer experience, my result was typical and my salesperson was exemplary. More
