I was on my way to Canada when my check engine light came on. Mike and the entire staff were so helpful and got the problem fixed and got me back on the road that evening. Everyone I happened to see was willing to help. A very clean showroom with good displays. Sales personnel were comfortably but neatly dressed. Making the appointment was easy. They had an appointment within a week of my phone call. What time? I told them what I preffered and I was set. It is over an hour to get there. Services: Oil change, differential fluid change, and driver and passenger window not working correctly. Oil change was done. Window was checked and serviced. I did not need the differential fluid change. The car's service report showed that it was already done. Window repair and oil change was performed and both services were $80 or so. It did take a while, but the waiting area was clean, had snacks, coffee, water, and fresh fruit. Bathrooms were nice and clean. I did not mind the wait. The only issue I had was that the tires were inflated a bit too high. I realized this halfway home. Subaru does not show the tire pressure right away. It is more than and hour to get there. So, I just adjusted the pressure when I got home. The car was washed. I think that is a great touch. I would have liked for the car to be dried off to avoid water spotting. Thankfully I was on the highway and the water was removed. I was able to speak to the salesman that sold me the car. That not only helped with passing some time, but he answered a few questions for me. The car will be back for future service. More
