Excellent customer service! I first visited this dealership and spoke with Keith back in April of 2017. I was absolutely convinced the CrossTrek was the car for me, and Keith was I first visited this dealership and spoke with Keith back in April of 2017. I was absolutely convinced the CrossTrek was the car for me, and Keith was more than happy to assist me in my test drive. I loved the car! Unfortunately, I wasn't looking to buy at that time. Keith was very understanding and did not pressure me at all about making a purchase that day. He spent the time to help me design the perfect CrossTrek for me, and invited me back whenever I was ready to purchase. Fast forward to October 2017. I was back at the dealership, trying to convince my boyfriend to also get a Subaru. He decided to try driving the Impreza Sport, in the wagon style. We once again had Keith helping us, this time by request. As Keith is pulling the Impreza around, I admitted to my boyfriend it was a nice looking car, but that I still preferred the CrossTrek. Keith then told me that the Impreza had more cargo and passenger room than the CrossTrek, and that it got better gas mileage. I had to admit I was intrigued. Enough that I ended up test driving the car myself. And ended up falling in love with it! My boyfriend and I ended up returning to the dealership in November and purchasing two cars at the same time! And we both love them! Keith was there through the whole process, and kept us feeling informed and taken care of the entire time. My parents are now looking to get a Subaru themselves, and I know just who to recommend them to! More
