Quite pleased with the entire process I was certain that I wanted a Subaru when I checked Edmunds for information about them. I was very specific with regard to specific options and my expectations for the particular model. When we went to the dealership, my wife and I, who were looking for an Outback, communicated our needs and were shown the Forester and the Outback both. We were actually more pleased with the design of the Forester for carrying our dogs and were very appreciative that he showed us both vehicles, side-by-side, so that we could compare the two. We decided that the Forester fit our needs better than what we thought we wanted. We made certain that John knew we were not going to be making a purchase that day and he applied 0 pressure. I reviewed their website with my wife the next day and we decided on the exact vehicle we wanted. John made certain of the precise details of the extra items we wanted installed and made sure that those enhancements were ready one week later when I returned to get the vehicle. He helped me work with the finance department to get the exact payments I needed and this was the smoothest purchase of a new vehicle I have ever experienced.
