Not the Best - Not the Worst - Overall "ok" For starters - for one reason or another - I'm flipping vehicles approx. every 18months - so - I've run the gambit of dealers in the greater Grapevine For starters - for one reason or another - I'm flipping vehicles approx. every 18months - so - I've run the gambit of dealers in the greater Grapevine area - Five Star Subaru - on average are good - not great - but good. The sales person I worked with was fairly diligent in his overall customer service - as was the rest of the staff. There wasn't any outstanding or noteworthy exception to my vehicle transaction - I traded a mint & I mean mint 2015 Ford F-150 towards a Crosstrek Premium & received a fair trade - after a wee bit of discussion & comparison + sticking to my budget - we agreed on the overall transaction. The vehicle delivery process wasn't difficult & pretty normal compared to other dealerships I've worked with - so - yes - Five Star is a decent dealership - nothing underhanded - or slimy - or etc - but to absolutely rant & rave this was the best "outstanding" dealership experience in my life - sorry - can't say that - oh - I've also purchased new vehicles in Australia & Canada - thus - I have international dealership experience & again - wrapping it all up & in closing - Five Star are "decent" - but - nothing a professional experience shouldn't be when your laying down $30k+ - there should always be a level of professionalism - thus my 4 star rating - good solid dealership - yes - outstanding - or a "wow" transaction - uhm ... no ... More

Information was given accurately, timely and everything that was said and/or promised was met as expected....No Surprises. Due to my schedule, I wasn't able to get in a timely manner from my first inquiry, but Joey was very understanding and patient and in the end won my business with all of the pre-mentioned aspects of this transaction. Never have I felt as at home at a car dealership of all places as at Subaru Grapevine. Thanks to everyone who made this experience a great one. More

Just had to go on record to note that we had THE best car buying experience EVER at Subaru of Grapevine..So much so, we purchased two vehicles there w Just had to go on record to note that we had THE best car buying experience EVER at Subaru of Grapevine..So much so, we purchased two vehicles there within two weeks this past December..a 2018 Outback and a 2018 Crosstrek. Seriously, the experience was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Beginning with our initial sales associate Nick Davis, a smooth transition to Finance and another Nick, Nick Power!,and finally, to our follow-up on both vehicles with Dee Boyett. Absolute professionals at every step of the way..courteous,knowledgeable, personable, and most important to us, providing the customer with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dee is an all-star, she went way out of her way to help me after I nicked the tinting on my brand new, amazing (car of my dreams) Impreza, even though she mostly does redelivery and PR, simply because I told her about and she cared. I can’t wait to come back in two weeks for my oil change (who says that?!.....Subaru owners do). More

Every person I encountered was really cool ... the sales guys, finance, sales manager, service. Somebody actually took the time to hire a great bunch of folks to start up this new location. During our negotiations, I was really impressed with how Joey took care of me. I'm rarely surprised with great customer service. But this was a very, very well done. I've been in customer service for a long time and work hard to teach this kind of service to my employees. As a car buyer, I've never been treated with such respect. In the past, I've felt pressured and insignificant. Joey did the opposite of that. I felt like I was given a fair deal and that I was more than just another # on the sales board. More
