This is why I returned to five Star even though I wasn’t too sure that you had the vehicle that would fit our needs based on my Internet search. Please keep in mind, I had searched within a 250 mile radius of Fort Worth and had picked out several cars which I thought would fit our needs and seem to be priced right . Clay showed us the vehicle I called him about and my wife and I were thinking very seriously about purchasing that vehicle. Without trying to upsell us Clay showed us the certified used 2017 and simply said this is the best value. As a result we looked over the car closely and decided that that was the best place to put our money since we are retired and more or less on a fixed income both of us are very cautious when approaching any major financial decision . We are very grateful that Clay showed us a vehicle other than what I asked to see as well as the vehicle I had come in to see because we ended up with the best value for us as a result. I would also like to mention that your finance person Bryan Brian Button was also extremely helpful and insightful. In fact Bryan was kind enough to show us where we were about to make a mistake and helped us to make what we believe is the best decision for us. In most cases it is been my experience that it is more fun to go have a root canal without Novocain them to purchase a vehicle. This was a very pleasant first. I sent out inquiries to several dealerships all requiring a phone number. Joey responded by email with a suggested vehicle. Two others responded complaining that they couldn't call me. Guess what? I didn't want them to call me. I called Joey; we had a nice conversation and I bought a car in no small part to his respect for the way I wanted to business in the beginning. My wife loves the car and likes the way Joey does business. As it stands, we will definitely do business at Subaru of Grapevine again. More

Never Felt Better About Buying A Car! Everybody who we interacted with at Subaru of Grapevine was courteous and professional. They were more than happy to go back and re-work everything we were looking at if we weren't comfortable with the price. And in the end, when I suspected something wasn't right with the loan calculation, rather than dismissing my concern (which I feel like would have happened at other dealerships) they took the time to research it and discovered I was actually right (and then corrected it). Throughout the entire process, I never once felt pressured to make a decision or add on any features that we weren't 100% comfortable with. Oh yeah, and the car is AWESOME!!! The features are insane! And you get the reliability of a Subaru to boot. Buying the 2019 Ascent from Subaru of Grapevine was one of the better decisions I've made as a consumer in my life. Everyone should go buy cars from them. More
