While it allowed me to get to know Darryl better, the time just sitting around was not appreciated. At pickup, everything was ready to go and just as requested. Had to go back for installation of the side body protectors (look great) and was provided a loaner to do so (great service). As my wife was out of town when purchasing the car, the dealership provide us both with a car-orientation (carientation) that was very well delivered by the always smiling (genuine) Dee. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful Orange Crosstek to enjoy. Thanks to all at the dealership for that. (and the cookies were great) More
