Fantastic! Found my dream car on the web's marketplace. The dealer had just received the car and the number of pictures was rather limited. Contacted the dealer through the chat function on their website and within minutes, Mr Cooper was contacting me offering his help. He said he was going to take more pictures but to my amazement I received an actual video detailing the car and the features it contained. I was blown away! Can't get any more personalized than this! Next day I went to test drive the vehicle. Every question was answered in detail, paperwork with further information provided and no pressure was felt. This was the car so placed a deposit and drove the vehicle out of the dealer 24 hours later. The process was smooth and transparent. Everything I can expect from the purchase of an automobile. Subaru of Grapevine is far from where we live and yet there is zero regret we took our business to this location. I didn't get quite what was expected for my trade-in (always seems to be way too low here) but the numbers ended up working to match my budget in the end.
