I can't honestly say I have previously enjoyed the car buying experience until now. After a false start due to a family emergency Wing Yip continued to, unobtrusively, check in with me. Just before Christmas I received an email from 5 Star Subaru. I thought I'd take a minute to browse the email. I found exactly what I wanted. I called Wing and about 3 hours later was driving my new Ascent Touring home. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything. Wing took the time to help me thoroughly understand the astounding number of great things in this car. The long and short of it is I love the vehicle and would suggest that anyone looking for a new car strongly consider 5 Star Subaru and Wing Yip. More

In that time, we've dealt with 20+ different sales guys, and it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Steve. He's all about the customer, and is very honest. He really knows his stuff. It's one thing for a sales guy to be polite and answer questions but he's the first one that truly made us feel excited about the purchase. He explained all the different features that would benefit us and our situation very well. We had every intention of looking at 2 additional cars at other dealerships after checking out our outback, but we just ended up buying the outback then and there.
