Excellent service received from Five Star Grapevine Subaru. Matthew and Ana Rodriguez kept me well informed of progress. The problem was corrected within estimated timeframe. Went to the dealership exploring Subaru vehicles, but wife ultimately picked out a different car. James was very helpful through the negotiation process and was never pushy or overbearing.
