No customer service We took a company truck over to be worked on we were about 20 cars back and had about 20 behind us. We waited in line about 35-40 minutes and all the cars and trucks in front of us and behind us were taken care of before us. Then service could not get our truck repaired and we couldn't get any answers. Finally after about a week and a half we did get our truck back. I was looking for a truck so I ask about a truck on the lot and liked it. I gave the salesman all my information and told him where I needed to be and if he could get there on payments I would buy the truck. I was contacted and told I qualified for the truck and sent all the required paperwork to Five Star Ford. We agreed that I could come in at 5:00 pm and pick up the truck. When I arrived I was told the truck had sold. Then I was told to sign the papers and I could buy it from under the man who had just bought it! That is just not right. Kind of underhanded to customers.I agreed to drive another truck and liked it and told them where I needed the payments to be and we could not reach an agreement. The salesman was GREAT he did everything he could to make a deal work and was very nice.The interest rate they told me the best they could get was 10%. I did not buy the truck because we were about 100.00 dollars to high on the payment. The next day i did buy a truck at another Ford Dealer about 10 miles away from 5 Star and it was even more than the one at 5 Star and my payments were right where they needed to be and my interest rate is 4.95%. Just a little bit of effort goes a long way. I have always been a Ford person and hope to continue to be.dealer and will continue to buy Ford. More

After my initial purchase, I asked for a "good service rep" and was recommended a dud that NEVER returned my phone calls for 3 weeks (he was there because I asked) so I drove up there and was blessed with being greeted by Mr Michael Fitch. IMMEDIATELY I felt good about him. He listens and takes time to explain my options. I came back for a completely different service after explaining on the phone and he said "Come on up and we'll take a look at it". He was on his hands & knees and then explained and educated me. The would-be problem was fixed right away. I've used him 3 times already and will continue. He's focused on you and your vehicle and is completely honest and tells you what to expect. You won't be disappointed with Mr Fitch!! A++ More

I had the pleasure of working with Abigail Peal, by far the most knowledgeable and professional at Five Star North Richland Hills. Abby treated me with kindness, consideration and respect...she listened to my concerns...kept me in the loop at all times as to the progress on my service issues...explained in lay mans terms the mechanical issues so that I could understand. Last but not least, she did not try to "Up Sell" me! Ms. Peal exemplifies what ALL service advisors should strive for More
Great repair service!! My service provider, Ms. Peal, got my repairs done quickly. I needed a turn signal replaced and was told the department that does that type of repair My service provider, Ms. Peal, got my repairs done quickly. I needed a turn signal replaced and was told the department that does that type of repair was more than a week behind. However, she found a service technician who was able to get it done today along with my oil change. I was more than pleased!! Thanks to Ms. Peal and Five Star Ford!!! More

Best Dealership Experience in 40 Years I've never been one to take my vehicles to the dealer for service because they are always booked and very expensive. Twice in the last year, I have ne I've never been one to take my vehicles to the dealer for service because they are always booked and very expensive. Twice in the last year, I have needed specialty repairs that required dealer tools and computers. The first of those two experiences was at a different dealership and it was an absolute nightmare. This most recent experience was at Five Star Ford and they showed me that not all dealerships are alike when I comes to customer service. All of the employees were super nice and did everything possible to accommodate my needs. I paid an arm and a leg for my repair, but they pulled some strings and returned my truck to me the same day!! Five Star is the only dealer I'll trust going forward. More

My service adviser is Abigail peal, my adviser for almost a year and I have had two cars serviced routinely during that time. She is great, very professional and knowledgeable. She is very pleasant, courteous and professional. Most importantly, The service is always done right and completely. The service technicians, I have met, are always knowledgeable, professional and polite. The office personnel and cashiers are great as well. all these people give the service department a great atmosphere for getting your car taken care of. They are all so pleasant every time. I am a dedicated and loyal customer of Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills, TX. This is mainly because of the people in the service department and MS Peal. Keep up the great work. Very quick oil change and tire rotation Five Star Service is a big and busy operation. They have a lot of service advisers and process a lot of customers. I came in for an oil change and t Five Star Service is a big and busy operation. They have a lot of service advisers and process a lot of customers. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation for my F250 Diesel. The completed the work in about two hours, faster than estimated. They offer shuttle service (which is great) which I have used before, but not on this occasion. My only gripe is that there system does not handle coupons well. The receipt itemizes the work and pricing based on standard work performance. It is impossible to see how the final price actually ties to the coupon. In other words, you don't see the coupon price plus tax. You are left to perform your own mental math to try to validate that what you pay makes sense based on the coupon. One other nit...the technician who completed the tire rotation did not re-adjust the tire pressure after the rotation. My truck calls for the front and back tires to be at different pressures. So, when rotated, they need to be adjusted. I did it...no big deal. More
