They always take care of all my Ford trucks needs. I also want to give a special thank you to the tech that repaired my truck, Kyle Neely for his special care and going out of his way to ensure I had a safe vehicle to put back on the road. I’m forever grateful for yalls continued support of Veterans such as myself. Y’all have earned a lifetime customer and friend and I will never forget the professionalism and help y’all always provide. Best dealership and service departments I have been too in my 30 years of living all over the countries. More

This trip I arrived earl This was the third time Five Star had worked on my car. Each previous two trips would also deserve an "excellent" review. This trip I arrived early in the morning and without an appointment for an oil change. The service representative (Brandon) met me, provided an estimated time frame, and kept me updated throughout the morning about my vehicle's status. While changing my oil, the service tech discovered one tire had a nail. Five Star patched the hole at a very reasonable cost. Five Star did not try to "upsell" me at every step - an annoyance that has become commonplace at too many dealerships. Everyone at Five Star was courteous, efficient, and considerate of my time. More

Dealer wanted 4 days to replace defective tail light I have an update as the dealership reached out to make things right after I assume someone from the dealership read the original review. They called I have an update as the dealership reached out to make things right after I assume someone from the dealership read the original review. They called and offered to pick the car up (I live probably 45 minutes away depending on traffic) and replace the tail light today. So about 3:15 they drove the car from my house, replaced the defective tail light, topped the gas tank, and brought it back to my driveway fully repaired before sunset. So now I'm really torn as they made a good effort to fix the situation, and the manager has talked to the people to make sure something like this doesn't happen again when an appointment for a simple fix has been made. They even went beyond and topped the gas tank!! But the original situation should not have happened in the first place. So while I can truthfully raise my original rating, I can't go all the way to an overall 5. However, I would consider giving them another chance in the future. Parts was always courteous and friendly, service manager did the right thing, and the techs that picked up and delivered the car were respectful. Overall, I'm satisfied. ---------------- Original review: I made an appointment to replace a defective tail light (that Ford recognized as a defect problem in a nation wide program). The parts are in stock at the dealer. Problem clearly described to dealership as well as the paperwork from Ford OEMDTC going over the details of the failure and free replacement program. We show up at the scheduled 9am appointment time and now told we have to leave the car for 4 (FOUR) days for them to unplug the tail light and remove a couple of bolts to swap the tail light with the new replacement sitting on their parts department counter. I'm sure just about anybody could do it in 10 minutes. Okay, I could reasonably see a couple of hours to get it in front of a mechanic with a tool box, but FOUR days to replace a taillight!!!! Ridiculous, especially as we had a scheduled appointment for the problem that Ford recognized as their defect and detailed on Ford's OEMDTC website, and they have the part sitting on their parts counter. Dealership parts can't give me the part to put in as the dealer must put it in to be covered under Ford's defect program, and the dealer price for the part is about a couple hundred for that particular led taillight. On the good side, the building looked nice. The parts counter was very helpful but can't do anything about their service department. More
Pitiful I have a maintenance program with ford and this is the closest dealership to my house. I’ve has issues in the past with them not having the oil filter I have a maintenance program with ford and this is the closest dealership to my house. I’ve has issues in the past with them not having the oil filters in stock and delaying the service needed. Most recently, I called and made an appointment and confirmed the filter was in house. It still took their service department over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Further more, I drove home and had the tire pressure and oil can light on on my dashboard. They were rude when I called and said, ‘you’ll need to bring it in.’ - funny tire pressure and oil light on and probably not smart to drive it. But, I did and it took and additional 1 hour and 45 minutes to find out the filter was leaking. I’m extremely disappointed as this is a reputable dealership and not a 5 minute oil change place. This was not Abby’s fault as she did everything she could, but the tech’s who worked on my vehicle More

The problem was difficult in that it was caused by an improperly wired accessory in the aftermarket shell camper and not related to the basic truck. I was grateful for the prompt and courteous (and very convenient) shuttle service that was provided. More

Great Service, Great Staff Went in for their The Works maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, etc) and to get new tires. They got my Edge in for service Went in for their The Works maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, etc) and to get new tires. They got my Edge in for service quickly, offered great prices on Michelin tires, and made my wait for the service pleasant. John Maurice did an excellent job of providing excellent service for the vehicle and Harry Waymire provided transportation on a bitter cold morning over to Taco Cabana while I waited for the service to be done. Great service. Great staff. This is why I keep coming back to Five Star Ford. More
Confidence Restored! I really dreaded coming into Ford to have my Ford worked on so I went to FOUR local mechanics before-hand. Strange none of those reputable shops coul I really dreaded coming into Ford to have my Ford worked on so I went to FOUR local mechanics before-hand. Strange none of those reputable shops could find my issue or either they were too lazy to want to fix it. Nevertheless, I am extremely pleased with the care and quality of work I received with Odie T and the service team. I appreciate him working with my schedule on getting me in, see, I work THREE jobs, volunteer, and attend community college. He worked with me on my rental vehicle, which totally made me want a NEW car, that 2018 was smooth! The service guys know their stuff because their recommendations were spot on! I have driven the vehicle long enough to know how it's driving and how it could drive better. Now, I can totally tell the difference. I hate that my warranty did not cover these fixes but the cost for the amount of stuff I got done was reasonable. I am so grateful for all of the assistance because I could not have gotten my SUV fixed at all without Odie's help. None of those other shops took time to drive with me like he did, to get my take on the issue. Everything went quickly too and I appreciate his communication, keeping me in the loop. Shoutout to Chris A. for the email assistance in Odie's absence. If I had not come out feeling like my Edge is safe to drive again, I was going to go BACK to a foreign car. I thank you for restoring my confidence in Ford. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, cost, etc. Odie, thanks for keeping it real! SINCERELY, C. SMITH More
