I had to have my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid towed into the dealership because it would not start. John was very helpful to me in the entire experience and kept me informed on the status of my car while I was dealership because it would not start. We were getting ready to go on our first road trip in the Fusion Hybrid when this happened and that was very disappointing. Unfortunately, we still don't know what caused the problem that required the car to be towed into the dealership. More
I bought my 09 F150 at in Billingsly Ford in Ardmore Oklahoma (an excellent dealership as well) but I live in Ft Worth so I have had it serviced at 5 Star. Every person that I have come into contact with at 5 Star does a fantastic job. I recommend 5 Star to all my friends and I absolutely will not take my truck anywhere else. More
