The shuttle se My auto repaired required an overnight stay in the mechanic shop. I recently moved here with no family or friends to call for a ride. The shuttle service took me back to work but I had no way home from work that evening. I explained my problem to both the Service Advisor, Sean Billhymer and Abel Baldazo, the shuttle driver. With a busy service schedule, Mr. Billhymer said he would try to get my vehicle looked at sooner but could not promise me anything. I got a phone call the same afternoon letting me know my vehicle was ready and that Abel was on his way to pick me up. When I get into the shuttle, Abel said "we like to take care of people at Five Star." We knew you needed your vehicle as you are a single person with no family here. I am very thankful that Five Star has employees Like Abel Baldazo and Mr. Billhymer. More

(Malfunctioning Thro My 2016 Ford F 1-50 broke down on me this weekend ( I know Found On Road Dead), Threw a Throttle Position Sensor Stuck Open code. (Malfunctioning Throttle body) I limped it to the nearest Ford deal which was Five Star. Walked in and explained the situation and was told it couldn't be looked at until Tuesday. So I then called the Dealer I bought the truck from (Will leave unnamed) and was told the same thing. After a few minutes on the phone with no resolve I was meet outside Five Star by THE MAN. Ron came out, listened to my story (Third time telling it) and got to work. Located the part on site and put me on the schedule. I gave him my truck at 7am this morning as requested and he had it back at 5pm. Just like he said he would try, Thank you Ron and your team at Five Star. Robert Morgan my children and I were stranded our vehicle ran out of gas and we were walking trying to find the closest gas station I barely had enough money to purchase gas and gas container mr. Morgan overheard my children and i speaking and offered to purchase the gas container and the gas not only did he do that he also give us a ride back to her vehicle he was a godsend to us today he was an awesome man so kind and sweet and if this is a type of individual that your company employees you have one of the kindest sweetest. Men in the world... I just wanted to let someone know that this gentleman is a true asset and a True Valuevto this world and to your company and mr. It was a Thursday night so I knew I had to get it fixed ASAP. I was far away from home and had many more miles to drive during the weekend for business, so early Friday morning I went to a certain Ford dealership in west Ft. Worth and they didn't seem interested at all in helping me out. Kinda blew me off! I then drove to Five Star Ford. I have owed many cars, trucks and vans through my life and I've NEVER had such a good experiance at any dealership. I was totally impressed with all your service staff and their undertrsanding of my delima. They went way out of their way to help me and I am so thankful. Landon Owens was AWESOME. What a Fantastic young man he was. I have nothing to say but Praise for his concern and willingness to do what it took to make a Ford customer, (even though I didn't purchase my F-150 at Five Star) feel important. He was AWESOME! More
Ron is the sole reason I am at Five Star Ford! I am a female driver in my 50's. Over the years I began to mistrust dealerships, so I started taking my vehicle to an individual mechanic. About a y I am a female driver in my 50's. Over the years I began to mistrust dealerships, so I started taking my vehicle to an individual mechanic. About a year ago my mechanic let me down and that's how I met Ron Baron. I was caught in the middle of what my mechanic was telling me and what Ron was seeing when I brought my SUV to 5 Star. Ron took the time and the patience to explain the issue to me; to give me options to fix the issue and gave me time to think about what I wanted to do next. From our discussions, I decided to have Five Star repair my vehicle. After the repair I was still having some issues but Ron took care of it and the service department did not charge me at all to repair those remaining issues. Back in December when my SUV needed a new transmission Ron helped me walk through what the cost would be to keep the 10 year old vehicle and repair it or to get a different car. He never pushed me to go and look at the cars at the dealership. He just suggested I might want to look to compare what the prices were with the end of year rebates. Ultimately after looking at the new car pricing with rebates and talking to Ron about the cost to repair my car; I made the decision to buy another vehicle. All through this process I was never pushed or felt like I didn't know how to make the decision on my own. That's a big deal for a female. Since then I have referred 2 other people to 5 Star and they have purchased vehicles. I will be honest. If Ron goes to another Ford service dealership in my area, I will follow him. With all the employees that I have met at 5 Star Ford - everyone has been positive, helpful and courteous. Ron is the best for me. He is above and beyond my previous dealership experiences. His attention to detail, thoughtful follow up, honesty, patience and integrity are what makes him the best. Thank you, Nancy S More
