Marisa made the entire process enjoyable. After all is said and done, you know you can trust her to follow up and help with any questions or concerns you may have about your purchase. Five Star has a star among them, she makes you feel like you are purchasing from family. The finance person, Mr. Sneider (spell?) was also the best. He knows his business and enjoys his job, which in turns makes the experience wonderful. I never thought I would ENJOY spending that kind of money on one item; however, he made us feel comfortable we were getting the best possible financing. Five Star Ford has earned our trust due to these two exceptional employees. They represent the dealership and do it above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. As a Costco member, I tried the Costco new car buying program and Five Star Ford made me a better deal than the dealership that had an arrangement with Costco. Now, for the good part, I had a bolt in my tire the day I got home. This could have happened on my way home, could have been there when I bought it but there was no way to be 100% certain where it came from. Called them the next day when I realized it and had NO issue with the replacement of the tire. Clearly, this dealership is focused on customer service and will be my first choice next time I need a Ford. Highly recommended. More

From my first electronic contact with Jason Howell to my drive-away handshake, EVERYTHING was professional, up-front and easy for me to conclude a major purchase deal. I am a demanding buyer, a CEO of two companies and I chair or belong to several boards of directors. I know superior performance and less than. Five Star is superior and I am glad to be able to tell you that. Questions that couldn't be answered, were researched and answered with honesty. I felt welcomed by the newly introduced service dept as well as the sales guys and gals. It was a no-pressure, "We want o make this personal" experience that I enjoyed. Marisa wrote down the difference in costs and went over them with me so I could fully understand the purchase and financing. She patiently let me test drive several vehicles and didn't rush me with my decision. Before I left with my new 2010 Sport Trac she went over all the details of the truck. She also said when I am ready to learn the SNYC system to come back and she would go over everything with me - even if it was several months from now. Truly a positive experience. More

We started looking at new cars back in October 2009 and about that time I met Alfred while I was just browsing around at Five Star Ford. Since then he call me maybe twice and ask if we were still looking and we responded yes and told him we were still reseaching models. We looked at Altimas and Passats, but for the value, design, and quality we chose the Ford Fusion. I bought this car for my wife and she made the real choice.
