Robert met me in the parking lot, told him what I wanted, he showed me, understood my timeline, and was patient and did not force me into rushing the sale. I should have just stopped right then and made my purchase. I visited four other dealerships during my "shopping around". One was OK, but did not have the inventory of choices that 5 Star has. One was also OK, but the sales person was quite pushy and their pricing was considerable higher. Dealership number 3 assumed I was just comparing prices and did not even come out of the office. Dealership number 4 is what gives car salesmen a bad name. If and when I need to buy another vehicle, I will be back at 5 Star Ford. Whenever I hear of anyone wanting to purchase a new car, I will be referring them to 5 Star Ford. More
