My experience with Mr. Odom has been one of positive from the beginning. His courtesy and promptness in my opion has been above and beyond the normal call. Was referred to this dealership by my boss so I found a vehicle I liked online, called to see if it was still in stock and made the drive over. Walked in and asked for Rick Dike who met me out front. When I say "fast" I don't mean get outta my office, you're bothering me. He knew I was in a hurry and he didn't waste my time. My son visited 3 large dealership in the meteroplex and couldn't get approved. Rick Dike listen to my son about what he was wanting. This was absolutely the best car buying experience that I have ever had. There was no pressure sales, no lies, no games; everything was quick and EASY. The sales men were definitely available and not pushy. The sales men asked if we were already working with someone, so there was no cut throat attitude. It felt like everyone was there just for us, with the attitude that they were going to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. I had called first and talked to Lee Clanton on the phone and he took the time to find out what I was looking for and helped me find the best vehicle for us; and gave me alot of information, so I knew walking in the door what to expect. The price, interest rate and payments were very clear and straightforward, with no games. We did not have to go through the dreaded back and forth routine. We had very limited wait time, maybe 2 minutes. Our new vehicle was ready when we were through with the paperwork which only took a few minutes to sign everything. There are no words for how wonderful this experience was. We will definitely be going back to Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills for all of our future vehicle buying.
