I went in for service. Was met promply. My info was taken quickly and I was told that due to a large numer of customers ahead of me it would take about 2 hours. I had to have my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid towed into the dealership because it would not start. John was very helpful to me in the entire experience and kept me informed on the status of my car while I was dealership because it would not start. They helped select what I wanted in my new truck and even though they didn't exactly what I desired on t courteous and attentive but not overbearing. A technical specialist showed me how to use my navigational system and invited me to a training session to learn all the features of my truck's technology. The financing department was helpful, courteous and friendly. They gave me a reasonable value on my trade-in and offered me a deal at a good price.
