Marisa wrote down the difference in costs and went over them with me so I could fully understand the purchase and financing. She patiently let me test drive several vehicles and didn't rush me with my decision. Before I left with my new 2010 Sport Trac she went over all the details of the truck. She also said when I am ready to learn the SNYC system to come back and she would go over everything with me - even if it was several months from now. Truly a positive experience. More

We started looking at new cars back in October 2009 and about that time I met Alfred while I was just browsing around at Five Star Ford. Since then he call me maybe twice and ask if we were still looking and we responded yes and told him we were still reseaching models. We looked at Altimas and Passats, but for the value, design, and quality we chose the Ford Fusion. I bought this car for my wife and she made the real choice. This is the third car I have purchased from Rick Dike. I always chose him because he is organized, well-informed and gives me the best deal with the least hassle. The buying experience was excellent. The salesman, Glenn Christopher, was very patient with me and gave me plenty of time to make my decision. The Sales Manager, (Tony.....) was extremely helpful and was also key to the sale. I was given a tour of Five Star and was most impressed with the dealership. I appreciated the opportunity to meet Mr Pack and was impressed with his attitude regarding Customer Service. I completed the paperwork with Bob Little; he was also very helpful with regard to explaining the extended warranty ( I purchased the Basic Program). He called me and told me about his super service he had with Carlos at this dealership. He told me "Mom when you get ready for a new car I am taking you to Five Star and let you talk to Carlos. Well my experience was over the top at this dealership! I have already recommened this dealership and salesman to many of my coworkers, family, and friends. I was told the dealership was wanting to be a family feel and it defintely was that and more. I will defintely buy my next vehicle from this dealership and salesman! More
I originally went to Five Star Ford to shop prices following the theft of my previous Ford truck. Jeff Yates had been referred to me by a friend. During the sales experience he was very knowledgable about vehicles and was able to answer or find the answer to every question I had. The experience was very comfortable and easy from my first contact all the way through finance. Everyone seemed to act im my best interest, not Five Star Fords. They worked hard to find me the truck I wanted, get me an interest rate I was willing to live with, and payments in the range I was looking for. This was the first vehicle I have purchased from Five Star Ford but it will not be the last. More
