Everything was great. the only negative thing I can say is: The car has to be there to be in line. We brought the vehicle up there on Monday and was number 37 in line. We were called every day to tell us what number we were in line. Great!! Why could we not keep the vehicle until say we were number 5 or so, then bring it in. We are both retired and are home all day. We did without the vehicle for three days while it sat at the dealership in line on paper. It did not cause us much of a problem because we are both retired. But, if you were a working family of two, doing without a second vehicle for three days, not counting repairs, could cause a severe hardship. Stan Blakeney More

This was the best experience that I have ever had buying a new vehicle. I appreciate it that upper management was involved in getting me to a long time sales person/employee of the company who handled this a new vehicle. Everything went smoothly. The most important thing to me is value, i.e. getting what I wanted for the best possible price, and I believe I got value in this transaction. Additionally I was introduced to very competent service person in the service department who answered all of my maintenance questions. The coffee bar was very nice and appropriate for customer use. The show room floor was clean enough to "eat off of" as the saying goes. The ladies restroom was very, very clean and nice. Lastly, my wife and I were escorted to the owner's office where we were introduced and treated very graciously by a person who is obviously an annointed Christian man. That was the icing on the cake for me and most likely the main reason that this dealership is so successful. These people know what they are doing and treat the customer very well. More

My total time investment in the deal was probably no more than 2 hours (test drive, negotiation, purchase, pick-up). The deal was quick, clean, and I negotiated a good price via e-mail. Rick answered all my questions and was very helpful. There was no pressure at any time. I am very satisfied and recommend Five Star Ford and Rick Dike without hesitation. More
I would recommend not only Five Star Ford, but Jim Rich as the "go-to-guy" for new car sales. We had visited Grapevine Ford before and were turned off by their pushiness and arrogance. We love that there are no loud speakers announcing new customers when we drive in and more than that we love that we were able to look, test drive and ask questions to Jim Rich without being forced to complete paperwork or to buy right then. Jim Rich and Five Star Ford allowed us to do research, test drives, ask questions, etc... to ensure we were 110% positive before purchasing a new vehicle. Jim Rich is an perfect example of what all salesmen should aspire to be like. Our next Ford purchase will done at Fiver Star Ford and our first call will be to Jim Rich. I love my new 2010 Ford Escape Limited and love the level of service we received during the entire looking and purchasing process. More
