He was extremely helpful. He did not play any games during our discussions. He listened to what I wanted and gave me his best price right up front. He helped step by step in getting the financing thru ford since I was busy at a conference. He delivered the vehicle and went over each and every feature. He called to make sure that I did not have any problems driving home!!! My experience was so positive that I will go to 5 star ford first, next time I am in the market! 5 star ford ROCKS!!! More

We (hubby & I) went to many dealers and looked at many vehicles. There are dealers that I WILL NEVER return to because of their attitudes. Not so with 5 Star. If Mike didn't know the answer to a question right away, he found the answer in record time and got back to us PRONTO. (I can come up with some very unusual questions.) He explained everything, every step of the way and made our experience easy. We don't buy vehicles often (does anyone?) and our experience with other dealers made us wary but Mike made it almost enjoyable. (As enjoyable as 1)looking for a new car outdoors in the Texas in the summer heat can be and 2)spending that kind of $$ can be!) Mike took care of everything for us and made sure we got everything taken care of on MY timeline. All in all, if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't change a thing other than to 1) win the lottery first and 2)do it in the winter!
