My wife and I blindsided David after having a poor experience with two other Ford Dealers in the area. We were frustrated, and unfortunately took out our frustration on him. David responded very professionally and was able temper that bad taste we had in our mouths. David did not deserve our semi-hostile attitude for it was not of his making however he did make the overall purchasing experience a low hassle event, which is wha we were looking for not to mention this dealiership had the particular stock item we were wanting. In the end we both apologized for our bad behavior, and he most graciously accepted. I look forward to working with David again in the future despite his dealership being just a bit out of our way. I first went in myself to look at several cars and test drive a few of them. Joe was extremely helpful and talked with me about both the vehicles i drove that day (a Explorer and a Fusion). I needed to have my wife come and drive the Explorer before makeing a decision. It took several weeks for this to happen. Joe called me once to follow up but was then patient until i could come in. My wife and i were very satified with the vehicle and the way Joe helped us with all our questions during the test drive as well as during the purchase process. He also followed up a day after our purchase to make sure we were still satified. I really appreciate that. More

When we finally made the decision on which type vehicle we were interested in, he worked to find just the right fit in color and features we were looking for and in our price range. Aaron followed a phone call early the next morning and kept in contact with us all day working to make us happy. Upon arrival, he worked tirelessly to get our deal just where we needed to be financially, all while working with other customers. We never felt we were being neglected. Bob Little was the F&I person who worked with us. He got us in and out very quickly and didn't push (too hard) to sell us other products once we explained our financial constraints. Kolynn Smith walked up to us as he caught me going through a manual on my car radio. He talked with us about all the features of our new car and explained his dealership offered classes on Saturdays to give us further knowledge. When our car had been detailed and ready to go, Kolynn sat in the car and painstakingly worked with me to get my phone synced and explain some features that are quit impressive. He told me if I had any questions or I felt I needed a one-on-one class to contact Aaron and they would get me set-up. He gave me a card and said I could call with questions as well. I don't if all dealerships offer this service, but as a 50 something person, this service is quit impressive! More
