Aaron contacted us after we had filled out information online concerning prices of Ford Explorers Limited. We had been told by another dealership that the vehicle we wanted was not available anywhere and online concerning prices of Ford Explorers Limited. We had been told by another dealership that the vehicle we wanted was not available anywhere and were pushed to take what was on their lot. Aaron contacted us to see if we had purchased a vehicle, and I told him we had decided on a vehicle but it wasn't really what we wanted. He inquired as to exactly what we wanted and he told me he had access to 8 vehicles that fit the description and immediately emailed me window stickers. That was on a Saturday in September 2012, and we picked up our new Explorer that Thursday. We were very pleased with Aaron and his straight forward manner of dealing, namely giving us the best price possible the first time around, which by the way was a lot less than the dealer we had been working with. We were so happy with Aaron and Five Star, that we contacted him by email this week (February 2013) concerning an F150 Lariat. I told him what we wanted, he immediately emailed window stickers and prices. We returned to Five Star a day and a half later and picked up our new truck. Aaron and Five Star have made purchasing a vehicle virtually painless. We know we are getting the best price anywhere from a dealer that puts customers and service first. We will make that hour and a half drive anytime we want a new vehicle! More

Our experience with Five Star Ford was outstanding. Lee Bates, our sales representative was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. We did not purchase a vehicle during our first visit to the Bates, our sales representative was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. We did not purchase a vehicle during our first visit to the dealership but returned due to the follow-up and personal attention Lee gave us. For the car we ended up purchasing, Lee and I worked out the entire deal through text messages as I was out of town on business and couldn't talk over the phone much. Lee's patience and personalized service was a big reason why we purchased a vehicle at this dealership. In addition to great customer service, we also paid a great price for the vehicle. I notified Lee of a big sale at another dealership and Five Star Ford was quick to offer a better price. Ultimately, we ended up paying a price far below dealer invoice for the new vehicle. Overall, our experience with Five Star Ford and Lee Bates was outstanding and we highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a new vehicle. More
