Salesman very unhelpful & un knowledgeable of the car they are selling, called needing help when my Bronco Sport left us in a very unsafe situation(that is another story) called the dealer ship I get my they are selling, called needing help when my Bronco Sport left us in a very unsafe situation(that is another story) called the dealer ship I get my car serviced at hoping they could tell us a way to put it in neutral and save us from being hit, service was closed so they sent me to sales and the guy said call a tow truck(really no kidding) we had no power which meant no hazard lights, we were hoping he could tell us if there was an emergency neutral he said he had no clue. Well there is the tow truck driver showed us, how can you sale these vehicles and know safety features to help keep us safe!!! Tried to call and talk to a manager about this but again g safety is not really their concern. More
