Another spectacular experience with Five Star Ford! Five Star gave me a fair value for my trade, offered a very good price on the Bronco, and Kyle helped me save 0.5% from what I expected on the rate for my new loan! Customer service was good but the truck went in with working AC. They found an issue with the AC and wanted $800 to fix it. I declined and got the truck back with no AC. Their response?
