Disappointed I entered this dealership with the intention of buying a used Ford F-150. The dealer was very nice but was supposed to follow up with me on a Ford F-1 I entered this dealership with the intention of buying a used Ford F-150. The dealer was very nice but was supposed to follow up with me on a Ford F-150 Lariat that just came in. After shopping around my husband and I were pretty much sold on the one on their lot. I finally had to follow up with them because I never heard back and in the process of texting the guy that we were dealing with I caught him in a lie. As of right now he has still left me hanging. This would have been an easy sell for them because we already had our minds made up but at the end of the day, we feel that they don't want our business. We have continued our search and decided to rule out anything from First Team. More
Chris was great! He made this stressful car-buying experience a delight. He was busy with other customers when I arrived on the lot, but that did not prevent him from greeting me and finding out what experience a delight. I felt he made each customer he was working with feel significant and special. Not to mention it was less than forty-five minutes before closing time when I arrived, never once did he rush me or appear to be impatient or frustrated with my indecisiveness. I was not satisfied with the first couple of vehicles I test drove, and Chris encouraged me to continue to shop beyond dealership hours. I, indeed, found the car for me and am completely satisfied with my like-new 2011 Camry with very low mileage might I add. I'd visited several other dealerships before arriving to First Team Toyota that will remain nameless. The only reason I did not purchase from one of those dealerships was due to poor customer service. Chris Demaar knows customer service. Being a REALTOR and knowing much about customer service myself, I absolutely appreciated the service he provided to me and that I witnessed him provide to others, his product knowledge and tasteful sense of humor. I would gladly refer him to family, friends and strangers. Thanks, Chris. Keep up the good work! More
Great experience. Bartley was the salesman that I dealt with during my visit. He was very easy going and personable. He was all around GREAT to work with. After purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, I was filling out a customer satisfaction survey for Toyota. I forgot the salesman's name I was dissatisfied with at First Team (Mr. Chris Demarr) and call filling out a customer satisfaction survey for Toyota. I forgot the salesman's name I was dissatisfied with at First Team (Mr. Chris Demarr) and called to get his name from the receptionist. I described him and the receptionist forwarded the call to Mr. Demarr. I hung up after partially hearing his name. I then called the receptionist to verify his name ensuring it was spelled correctly. I then received a call from Mr. Demarr. I told him my name and asked him not to contact my home again. He called back and I told him again not to call. There is something wrong with this guy- who does this? I called his GM and explained the situation. I explained that Mr. Demarr seems to be mentally unstable and I'm fearful because I have a family and he knows my address and phone number. He said he would talk to Mr. Demarr and that he would never contact me. However, there is something serious wrong with Mr. Demarr and I don't believe that this will be the last I hear from him. I still can't believe that an auto dealership would put up with such nonsense. Please be cautious if you should deal with Mr. Chris Demarr of First Team Toyota!!! More

My wife and I visited First Team Toyota in May of this year. At that time we owned a 2010 Buick Enclave but was in need of a second car. We were greeted by Chris DeMaar. We were over whelmed by his friendlyness and knowledge of all the cars. We have never experenced a more truthful sale person. We bought the Camry and a month and a half later we went back and bought the 2011 Avalon from Chris. We truly believe the dealership is the very best in the area, we have delt with quite a few. Chris has given us outstanding customer service. Chris keeps in touch with us and is willing to help with all our needs. First Team Toyota is truly deserving of a 5 star rating. More
I went in to First Team Toyota to look at new Prius's just to get an idea of how much they cost, to help gauge the price of a used one. He offered me a test drive and I took it, said thanks, and left (I was on my lunch break). At no time did I feel pressured. Later that day I came back to see what kind of offer I could get and in no time at all Tommy Brady and First Team Toyota gave me a very satisfactory offer and I was driving my new Prius home in about 2.5 hours.
