Monte Sanford was a tremendous help to me by explaining and demonstrating how to unlock the "kiddie lock" feature on the rear passenger doors of my 2018 Toyota Corolla. I was ready to drop the car off for "Early Bird" service and be without my vehicle for several days...he came out and showed me how to solve the problem and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!!
