Purchase a new car from first Hyundai worst experience, sales person was working with 3 clients at same time. While other sales staff was doing nothing. I was interested in the 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport they advertised and would have purchased it. This is not only the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with - it is the WORST business. The staff is rude, the service is horrible and NO ONE there is at all helpful. My 4 year old car has a check dealt with - it is the WORST business. The staff is rude, the service is horrible and NO ONE there is at all helpful. My 4 year old car has a check engine light on - when i called I was told not to drive the car, have it towed in. I was then told they were 3 weeks behind, they had "No idea" when they would be able to look at it AND to top it off, they have no loaner car availability. This is ridiculous. I called another local Hyundai dealership and had such a positive interaction. That dealership offered a reasonable timeline, reassured me that they would get it looked at it quickly and loaner cars are available. And they were extremely kind and helpful. WOW. What a difference. I will never visit First Hyundai again!!!!! I'm only giving one star because 0 is not an option. More
