He made me laugh alot. When finish my car was full in gas and i can not believe how clean and shining my car was. i was lost for words. perfect. i would definitely recommend this dealership to whoever may be looking for a car new or used. go see my salesman he is great. What kind of dealership has service hours starting at 7:30am and there is nobody there? All I wanted to do was have a diagnostic test run to determine why my Sonata died in the middle of a highway at 2:0 7:30am and there is nobody there? They have no service hours after 5:00, so the best I could do was get there for the first appointment and hope they did not keep me too long. I show up at 7:30 and there is not a soul there. Lights off, doors locked. I bought the car there in 2008 and now I remember why I go elswhere for service. More

I recently negotiated a good deal on a new car at this dealership after alot of pressure to " buy today " . However, when I went to get delivery on my vehicle , they told me they had made a mistake ( the dealership after alot of pressure to " buy today " . However, when I went to get delivery on my vehicle , they told me they had made a mistake ( the salesman was " green " ) and now would have to pay the excise tax on the vehicle ( I was leasing). I agreed to compromise and pay half of what increase they were asking for . The " finance manager" initially agreed but then said " I think i have to pass on this deal ". In other words, the deal they initially agreed on was just too good and they would not keep their word . I feel this is unethical and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone as they cannot be trusted. My salesperson was actually quite nice and had little to do with the negotiations which were handled by another salesperson. I dont think he will last long there as his ethics are way above the rest of the group. Stay away from this dealership!! I subsequently bought the same car at another dealership and had a much more pleasant experience ! More
