On May12th my husband and I went into to the dealership to cancel out extended warranty that we purchased in Sept 2011 for a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. We signed the paperwork, they took our mileage and we we to cancel out extended warranty that we purchased in Sept 2011 for a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. We signed the paperwork, they took our mileage and we were told it would take a few months to see the money put back into the balance of the loan. Well, on August 28th, I called the extended warranty company and the policy was still active. So, I called the dealership and was told that they had just finalized the paperwork?? and to speak to Krista (I am not 100% sure that is her name) but she was unavailable, so I left a message with the receptionist. I called again on 9/4 and left a detailed message regarding the issue. I called the warranty company this morning and was told the policy is still active. I explained the situation to the warranty company and he said that the dealership only has to cancel the policy through the computer and only takes a few moments and that the money goes back to the dealership in a month after the cancellation and then you handle the payment. So, I called again and left a very detailed message on Krista's voice mail today. I also emailed the 2 finance managers and 24 hours later, I have still NO reply from anyone..not even a call back from 2 voice messages that were left. More

Because I am very "technologically challenged," Mateo even programmed the bluetooth option for my cell phone so I didn't have to spend hours figuring it out :) I had to stop in to do addtional paperwork teh other day and it was truly a pleasure to see both Mateo and Lauren. They're just really nice people! I would highly recommend First Hyundai. My very first car was a Hyundai back in 1989 and I've been a fan ever since. More
