WORST SERVICE ever after you done purchasing the car w/ them Worst customer service ever. We bought a brand new Hyundai sonata from First Hyundai in North Attleboro. All reps where all over us when we showed in Worst customer service ever. We bought a brand new Hyundai sonata from First Hyundai in North Attleboro. All reps where all over us when we showed interest buying the car. Issue started once we already purchased the car and after that no response from the customer service. We have unwanted maintenance package worth of ~ $500 on our loan which we asked them to take it off and they told us they will do it but every month we check the statement, it still there and when we call, they "Anthony" said he will do and it will reflect in our next statement. Its been year since we bought the car and it's still there. We have been calling the north Attleboro store and we haven't been gotten hold of single person not from sales, nor from finance yet, left so many voice mails and no one has reached out to us. Front desk person, hung up on us multiple time when we call them. It has been completely unprofessional and rude staff we have come across as they don't care about the customer relationship once they sold the car. We have been extremely disappointed with them and i would not commend anyone to buy the car from them. Right now our 500 dollars are stuck with them which they are refusing to take it off from our loan amount. We don't have any choice but to switch our loan to different company. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Told me disclosure of Doc fee was sales persons job when I asked my salesman he said they are discouraged from revealing this information, but did say I had the right to refuse etching, he was kind enough to talk to his manager and the charge was taken off. They fumbled my registration, numbers were scratched out and changed after I signed, just don't like business practices. Always ask bottom price including all fees before negotiationing the price of your car I feel this right was taken from me by First Hyundai when they failed to give all fees up front. More

We were not specifically looking for this brand, however our daughter has one and loves it. We ended up getting an Elantra due to the amount of driving we do and the gas mileage. We have had the car almost two weeks now and we are loving it. Allan listened to our needs and helped us to find what fit us best. Pat the manager was great to work with as well. Our last car, which we still have, was bought new in 2006 and is still in great condition. Since we keep our cars for a long time we wanted something with a good warranty and service package. We look forward to working with First Hyundai for many years to come. More

The customer service level and environment all added to my pleasant experience. I left the dealership with confidence in my choice of car and I felt I got the best deal.
