Here's the deal, I visited the dealer to check out cars - to either include vehicles in the search or eliminate prior to brining my wife into the selection processes. He wouldn't take me out on a test drive without her. He barley let me sit in a vehicle. The guy was very rude. I realized as I drove off, that he was trying to get me to leave because he had someone else waiting for him. All he had to do was explain what was going on and ask me to work with someone else. I would not have been insulted. At least not as insulted as I was by his snub. And, when I complained after the fact, the salesmanger could have called me!!!! More

BEST Sales Person I meet in the State of MA ~ RJ !! I traveled to every New & Used dealership in the state of MA. I was not looking for a Hyundai but went to the dealership to look at another used vehi I traveled to every New & Used dealership in the state of MA. I was not looking for a Hyundai but went to the dealership to look at another used vehicle I had seen on line. I met with a gentlemen - name RJ. By this time - I was tired of looking for cars and trying to find the best price. All I wanted to know was the price of the car I went there to see... RJ was the calmest, most respectful person I have ever met at a dealership. He was NOT pushy or aggressive at all. He explained to me the benefits of going NEW vs OLD and looking at cars I was not interested in... After spending a few hours at the store and looking at several cars as well as being educated on car buying I was so impressed with this young man I almost bought a Hyundai. RJ knew what I really wanted in a vehicle and the Hyundai was not going to work for me and my family. He advised me on looking else where and even gave me another sales person name to talk to at another dealership. After hearing my Horror stories of car shopping he was really thinking about how I felt. Needless to say I did not end up with a Hyundai - but I did buy a brand new vehicle of my choice and I am very happy with it. If I could I would have bought a vehicle from First Hyundai - JUST BECAUSE OF RJ.... I have referred several friends and co-workers to First Hyundai to talk to RJ and I will continue to....
