She was very polite, I never felt rushed or pressured. The license plate was mailed to me within fifteen days, everything was just perfect! Just to clarify, do not go with the old reviews of this place , the management has changed and the whole sales team has changed, and they are great people to deal with! More

When the temporary registration expired I still didn't have a title or reimbursement for shipping. They issued a new temp registration and said they were under new management. 5 months have pasted now I'm getting the run around and still no title or reimbursement. Going to have to get a attorney to resolve this problem and more expenses. More

do not buy a car from these people I bought my car in may and still no tags. I am from out fo town and that has made it even harder because I cant just drive down there. I had to call m I bought my car in may and still no tags. I am from out fo town and that has made it even harder because I cant just drive down there. I had to call my lawyer to get them to start replying back to me and getting the things that mike saba had promise dme. do not trust that man, after you buy the car he will not answer your calls and they were stupid because I just recently bought another car and woulve bought it from them if they just simply lived up to their word. their word means nothing. I could go in very much detail but I suggest people read other reviews about this dealership. I have recently got ebay involved and called texas dmv nd next call will be to the texas AG's office. these people are crooks and don't have decency to answer you when you call. also I have emal from old GM who stated that the dealership was totally dysfunctional, and that's from the GM. I have talked with mike who told the first lies and then to finance , titling then GM now the new GM will not return my calls after promising I would receive my tags almost 3 weeks ago, don't have them yet...remember I bought my car in may..still no tags!!! now you tell me how does a legitimate dealership allow you to go this long without tags..fair warning RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOLE AND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! No communication, no service after payment. The cars is a 2010 Lexus LS 460, 31.500 miles. I paid the asking price minus the $500 Mike immediately offered me. I didn't ask for anything. When The cars is a 2010 Lexus LS 460, 31.500 miles. I paid the asking price minus the $500 Mike immediately offered me. I didn't ask for anything. When I came to pick up the car it was not washed - it was covered in pollen and bird crap. The car next to it was nice and clean. Mike asked me if I was there for a test drive!? That was not good, and sure enough, they were not ready with the paperwork as promised. The 15 minutes they told us it would take turned into an hour. In that hour, the car was not washed... Time to leave and three problems show up: there's no manual or spare key and the trunk is extremely difficult to get to open. I was promised that they would mail me a manual within a week. "A spare key is not normal, but you can buy one on eBay for $45", Mike told me. A spare key is crucial for this car, since you're not going anywhere without a key, and it costs $65 and up PLUS programming. More like $200+ for a real, new key. I drove off, not realizing that there was enough gas for just 25 miles. A "change oil soon" warning was displayed. I bought the most expensive gas ever in a bad part of Houston... The reason for the trunk problem became obvious 24 hours later when the car was completely dead! The battery showed 5.63 volts - a far cry from the 13.2 expected. In my opinion, the dealer should have tested that and replaced the battery. AAA fixed the problem, but I wasted my time and it could have been a lot worse! Five days after I picked up the car a warning showed something to the effect "Change oil NOW!!!!". I rushed to my mechanic and in just an hour and a half (and $90 later) I had fresh oil in the car. About a week and a half after being promised the manual I had to call Mike and ask for it. He told me the manual would be by them "shortly". Mike promised me a "full detailing next time I come" for my troubles. That's unlikely to happen, since I live 60 miles away, and I don't need it now - I managed to wash the car myself in less than a month... It's now over a month since I got the car, and I have not seen or heard anything at all from Mike or anybody else. All I ever asked for and wanted was a manual and a spare key. I've given up hope of seeing either one and will now spend even more of my own money to make up for the dealers disinterest and inaction. I'm beginning to worry that I may not even get my license plates, like another reviewer!!! I've searched high and low, but can't seem to find a corporate address or contact for the Fredy group of car dealers. I wish I would have done that sooner, because that would have alerted me to the fact that they don't want the customers to contact them. I was fully ready to e-mail every officer and board member of the company, but they are busy counting my money, I guess. If you want a working vehicle and some reasonable level of professional service and attention I suggest you go somewhere else. I know I will. More
