First Auto Connection

Horrible experience. They were very rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. After the deposit was paid, we kept calling to try to see if we could buy the vehicle and they would not answer. Not only that, they decided to send the vehicle to auction and not let us buy the truck. I would never buy a vehicle from them and would not recommend anybody by a vehicle from them UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!! More

I purchased a 2012 Dodge Durango R/T from this dealership or a subsidiary of this dealership (First Auto Connection). I am however satisfied with my Durango, Prior to the deal being done I was promised the s or a subsidiary of this dealership (First Auto Connection). I am however satisfied with my Durango, Prior to the deal being done I was promised the second set of keys and head phones for the entertainment system. Needless to say that after the deal was closed I have not heard back from Nino and he will not return my calls. The dealership also said they would handle the registration and tag for me then have it shipped, they said it would be two weeks before I got it and I was fine with that time frame. Well a month and a half later after several phone calls they tell me it will be 4-6 weeks. The manager or general manager Skip "PROMISED" to get with back with me and still have not heard from him. Honest opinion once they got their money they were done and I was the least of their worries. More
