We recently purchased a 2024 Ranger Truck from Firm Ford and all aspects of the transaction were superb!!!!! The price and financial process was fair, easy to understand and very efficient. We were provided with a short training session by Dustin that included all the types of things we needed to know AND he was able to answer all of our questions off the top of his head. On the day of delivery to us, the vehicle was clean and prominently displayed upon our arrival and we were greeted by owner Jim Firmin who introduced us to his staff that would complete the transaction. Finally, the dealership was spotless and up to date. Often these type businesses are less than pristine or the building and furnishings are worn and tired. Everything was up to date, comfortable and inviting. A big thanks to all for making our experience so pleasurable. For folks looking for the best experience, we highly recommend Firmin Ford! More

Highly recommend Firmin Ford, and Meg and Reagan from the sales team. Reagan started the process with me in finding the perfect Platinum F150 that I wanted and worked numbers on it. Meg also helped me brainstorm and stuck by me to help get a specific pin number I needed from my work for the purchase. Both ladies were extremely polite, helpful, and obviously in the right profession with their knowledge. 10/10 recommend talking to either one at Firmin for any Ford needs. We will for sure be back!
