I was the one that had the 2007 KIA for 3 days and it messed up and I finally got my Nissan today after Mr. Firmin got in middle of the problem. My wife and I had been looking to purchase an SUV for some time now. A friend at work mentioned Firman Ford as a good place to do business with. He was certainly right about that! We had a very pleasant experience dealing with Zeke, the salesman. Not pushy at all. We just told him what we were looking for and he found the perfect vehicle for us at a dealership in Myrtle Beach. He had it brought to Laurens, and we picked it up from there. At the time of pickup, Zeke went into great detail explaining the features on our particular car. Our financing was through Founders Credit Union. We are both very happy with our new vehicle and highly recommend Firman Ford! More

First off let me just say, that they have a jam up service staff here at Firmin Ford. A gentleman by the name of Tim called me personally to keep me informed on the status of how the repairs were comi service staff here at Firmin Ford. Most dealerships or auto-body shops just call you to tell you when your vehicle is ready to be picked up and how much it will be. This is really helpful because on one specific occasion it was going to take more than on day to complete the repair (They had also already mentioned to me that this may be the case), and so by Tim keeping me updated I was able to make arrangements for them to keep the vehicle another day to finish the repairs. I will definitely keep taking my vehicle back to them for any future repairs that may be needed. More

F350 diesel broken down while visiting the area. I suspected the EGR valve and confirmed with my own code scan tool. Had it towed to Firmin Ford on Friday morning. Alison told me their diesel mechan suspected the EGR valve and confirmed with my own code scan tool. Had it towed to Firmin Ford on Friday morning. Alison told me their diesel mechanic only works three days a week and was not there. Someone would look at it Monday, get parts on Tuesday (would have to order), and could be ready Wednesday. Wesley was tow truck driver and mechanic who changed the valve - very nice guy. He researched Ford TSBs and used the Ford hot line seeking to determine why the EGR had failed. I spoke with him twice. I phoned Alison Wednesday morning and she didn't know if the parts had come in yet but said she would find out and call right back. She never called. Early afternoon I stopped by and spoke with Wesley who had replaced the valve but was still researching possible causes. I told them I really needed it fixed so I could leave the following morning. I phoned again at 3:30 PM and Alison said she was doing the paperwork. Overall they got it done on Wednesday but an EGR valve should be stocked (common problem on Ford 6.0 diesels) and replacing it should be a 20 minute job, plus I felt they could have kept me better informed. More
