Corey was the worst service advisor. Was not friend, could never get a hold of the guy. Also he pulls oh I was just going to call you or I called and left a message joke like come on man. I got my car towed there at 9:00am and had to get a Uber just to make sure my car got there cause nobody could tell me and he would never answer the phone even after 2 voicemails. So I arrived at 1:00. So for 3 hours never got a signal call and when I got there I waited 35mins just for him to even see me and you guys weren’t busy. So that’s why I’m giving the place a one star cause nobody could be bothered to help. The only good outcome is that my car is running but way over priced and to many fees added on so won’t be getting service done there anymore. More

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I did not originally buy my jeep there but I thought I would try to get it serviced there and they do not assist you in anyway with a loaner vehicle or shu not originally buy my jeep there but I thought I would try to get it serviced there and they do not assist you in anyway with a loaner vehicle or shuttle transport to a different location. The unfortunate issue was I ask the customer service rep prior to my appointment and she couldn’t answer the question if I would get a loaner vehicle or not. That left me stranded on the day of my appointment and upon arrival the individual told me we don’t provide loaners but we have a rental car area. That could very easily of been told to me when I asked the question on the phone. I don’t find this location to be good at customer service nor do they care. I hope at least they take care of the cars is better than they do people. More
