Kenny was condescending and rude. My car was brought in with a check engine light, I was given a loner car but it was a small car that doesn’t fit in my life and I was stuck with it f My car was brought in with a check engine light, I was given a loner car but it was a small car that doesn’t fit in my life and I was stuck with it for 2 weeks. Kenny said that I was lucky that I received a car at all. Kenny said the issue with my car, they didn’t know how to fix but was calling tech to see how to fix it. Almost suggested that even though my car smelled of gas and was hesitating that I could probably just drive it until they figured out the problem. Of course I told him no. When I first had the problem, I called Volvo and left a message and no one called me back. When I came in, I met Kenny and he informed me that messages are not checked and I would never had received a call back. Kenny said that I could email him next time but he only checks emails in the morning. So my problem might have to wait a day. I have always dealt with Findlay Honda and they had never treated me like this. Kenny said that he was only being transparent and really it was just rude. I love my Volvo but the customer service at your dealership will make this my first and last Findlay Volvo purchase. More
