Rain was great. The first and only one to great us the moment we stepped out of our car onto to lot the first day. He knew the exact I should get before I did. He was absolutely communicative prior to and on the second day when I test drove the vehicle and hand held me through the entire process until I finally purchased the vehicle and came back to get a touch up done. He made the experience of buying a Volvo worth every moment and compensated for the one not so great moment that he had nothing to do with. The others that need a shout out for their kindness are Aisha and Kenny, they were great. (Not a fan at all to say the least of Chris who is not customer service oriented in sales or the guy two seats down from Kenny in Service). More

Was told to have my car towed to the dealership as I had a flat tire. Once it arrived I was told I needed a new tire for 475 plus tax. I asked can’t the tire be repaired the car is only a few months old. Wa a flat tire. Once it arrived I was told I needed a new tire for 475 plus tax. I asked can’t the tire be repaired the car is only a few months old. Was told they don’t do that. And I could only have my car towed to the dealership. Was given nothing but attitude when it came to my car and my options. We had to force them to put air in the tire and drive it another location to have them repair the tire. That company charged me nothing but Volvo tried to rip me off. So it was all around bad service. More
