I liked the video of the diagnostic. I didn’t like what I was offered as a trade in or loyalty and military discount towards another Volvo ($1,000). Also, the quote for the engine replac I didn’t like what I was offered as a trade in or loyalty and military discount towards another Volvo ($1,000). Also, the quote for the engine replacement or repair was exorbitant ($8,000+ -$15,000)+). I kept up with the (expensive) maintenance for my S60, so I am disappointed not to get much more than 100K miles on the car. More

Had an engine light on and it failed the smog test. Called the service dept and got in that day and by 5:30 it was fixed and done.
