Service rep stated I was arguing with him over the 350 doller price that I did not agree too then had trouble explaining the charges. All and all very bad experience. I have been a loyal customer with Toyota with JP as my sales rep, my entire family has bought Toyotas 10-15 vehicles in total. Makes no sense to charge for shop rags it’s a service department of course you should have rags to clean up after yourself. More
