This review is for Brandon Snowden, not Tyler Campuzano, as I did not work with him. During a visit to this dealership for a recall, I was deeply frustrated when my bumper was damaged in the process. Wha as I did not work with him. During a visit to this dealership for a recall, I was deeply frustrated when my bumper was damaged in the process. What made matters worse was the excessive time it took to address the issue, and I was unfairly charged for the repair despite it not being my fault. However, I want to give a well-deserved 5-star review to Brandon Snowden. I truly appreciate his ability to explain technical details in a way that’s easy to understand. His professionalism and clear communication made a positive difference in my experience. Thank you, Brandon! I highly recommend him as a service advisor. More
