My service rep Kevin was very helpful throughout my car issue last week. I was grateful he was able to figure out the problem and I was able to get my car back. Thankful for Toyota. Service tech returning my truck was too busy talking to a “pretty girl” to get my truck back to me that had been ready for half an hour. Had to interrupt to be acknowledged. It wouldn’t have been so bad if “pretty girl” to get my truck back to me that had been ready for half an hour. Had to interrupt to be acknowledged. It wouldn’t have been so bad if he had been as courteous and friendly as he was to the previous guest.
