Xavier did a great job as he always does! !! BUT I had to wait 2 1/2 HOURS, 9:30-12:00 to get my car back for only an oil and filter!!!! AND I HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!! But, We lov !! This dealership has been very professional and provided quality service every time I brought my truck there. Unfortunately my last visit was very disappointing. I brought my truck in for a Green service wi quality service every time I brought my truck there. Unfortunately my last visit was very disappointing. I brought my truck in for a Green service with out an oil change. It took 4 hours to complete. The consultant said that my truck was taken to the side of the department in error and left there unattended which caused the delay. The consultant was nice enough not to charge me for the service but it left a bad taste in my mouth the rest of the day. More
