Great customer service. I was traveling from out of town and This dealership was courteous and squeezed me in without appointment. Facility was spotless… every employee who passed us, offered us a hello and water. Looking forward to it becoming my hometown service provider.

Findlay Subaru Prescott responded

First off the Subaru dealership in Flagstaff is not a Findlay owned store and the name is Flagstaff Subaru. We have nothing to do with that store. We do own Subaru of Las Vegas and Findlay Subaru in Utah. We do not pay our sales people by commission as that is based on profit. We pay a base salary and give a bonus on car count. Non commission means they don't work off of profit. They are only concerned on helping customers even if they are not buying a car. We do not control the amount of new cars that we get nor do we control the used car market. The shortage of new cars has driven up the prices of used cars. We did not hold a gun to your head and make you buy from us. We gave you book sheets and showed you the original window sticker on the car. We offered to let you out of the deal and said we would unwind the deal. We have a great reputation and work very hard to keep people happy. We still will buy it back from you and unwind the deal.
