I have a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. I bought it in September 2020 and have about 3000 miles on it. Despite being on a trickle charger the battery started failing about 6 months ago. We took it in for service and Findlay Lincoln replaced the battery (under warranty), champ get the oil for the first time (free service) and performed 2 recalls for the cameras. More

Even had Nathan Findlay set in my car. Told me that's the way the factory made my car nothing they can do about it as they don't make the cars just sell them. Now after reg warranty runs out tried to use extended warranty and Sorry that's not covered. Really my a/c stops and needs to be reprogrammed and that's not covered. Charge hundreds of dollars !!!!!!!! This place is run on a skeleton crew for service . Take my car in call back next day to see what's wrong. Sorry the Tech. had an emergency and had to leave. So I asked to Talk with my service writer Keith he too had an emergency. No help they cant tell me what's up call back tomorrow and maybe get some info. WON'T EVER BUY HERE AGAIN !!!! I am in the market for a new car but not here and not a Lincoln !!!!!! More
