I give 2 stars for this dealership as no service personals that I ran into seem to embrace customer satisfaction as their top priority. PRO: (1) Car wash was really nicely done. (2) Quick oil ch personals that I ran into seem to embrace customer satisfaction as their top priority. PRO: (1) Car wash was really nicely done. (2) Quick oil change service CON: (1) No one at the service team was trying to clear the blocked exits from the service department - both inbound and outbound lanes were blocked for good 15 minutes after I paid for the service. (2) Another service person also decided to park couple additional cars behind my car while I was waiting for SOMEONE to clear out the blocked exit. Apparently, clearing out the blocked inbound and outbound lanes was no one's priority at this dealership, More

I have always had good service by knowledgeable and courteous personnel. If there was a problem with the vehicle, I was informed of the problem and cost and was not pressured to have the work performed courteous personnel.
