I wasn't kept waiting for hours and hours! I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted. I was torn between the Kia Soul and Kia Forte 5 door. CJ was very patient and allowed me to test drive three veh I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted. I was torn between the Kia Soul and Kia Forte 5 door. CJ was very patient and allowed me to test drive three vehicles. I was using the USAA car buying service and expected to get some reason why they could'nt take off the amount listed on the certificate. I wasn't given any excuses. CJ took the certificate and in very little time we settled on a deal. It was different than my pas experiences buying cars. I never felt pressured and didn't feel like I was getting worked over in any way. I would recommend Findlay Kia if you are in the market for a car and want a good customer service experience. More

Win i came in I spoke with one sales rep James who did not show any enthusiasm about helping me since I was waiting on down payment money and he could not close the deal that night. Pushed me off on someone else that did nothing but ask for information they clearly didnt use. Then the finance Manager Chad flat out lied about the bank approve and neglected to inform that the "so called approval was for a used car" not the car I was shown and had numerous conversations about. The whole experience was a big waste of time. The same bank thef y claimed would only give me enough for a used car gave me what i wanted and financed a new car with a different dealership. More
