Excellent service everytime! I have been getting my Titan serviced here since it had 20k miles on it. It now has 136k miles and these guys are great. Chase always lets me know ahe I have been getting my Titan serviced here since it had 20k miles on it. It now has 136k miles and these guys are great. Chase always lets me know ahead of time anything that will need to be done in the future ie: fluids, seals, brakes, so I can plan and budget out for it. I was just in for an oil change and fell in love with a newer Titan, talked to Ryan in sales. We told him what we needed to make it happen and he got it done! We left in a new truck and will continue to see Chase for service. Thanks for all your hard work guys:) More

No Integrity I am truly amazed at how DJ and Nellie teamed up to tell me about a conversation we did not have on a car. I was given an out the door price on two c I am truly amazed at how DJ and Nellie teamed up to tell me about a conversation we did not have on a car. I was given an out the door price on two cars. Came time to sign and out the door pricing said DJ was "amount financed" - I did not discuss amount financed with neither Nellie nor DJ at anytime. I talked out the door price and money down. There is no misunderstanding what out the door means until you go ti sign. It is pure dishonesty of both DJ and Nellie. Also, Nellie said the other car was out the door minus any miney I would put down-so she contradicted DJ. They claim this all to be a misunderstanding, hence why they had me talk to 3 different people. In addition there used car with only 9,000 miles was totally trashed cosmetically, but if you look at it online it was beautiful. More
